1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Riseonly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Riseonly is a social network and messaging platform that allows users to connect, share content, and communicate with others. Our service includes posting content, messaging, job search features, and community building.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use it. You agree that your content:

• •Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• •Is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• •Does not contain malware or malicious code
• •Complies with our community guidelines

5. Prohibited Activities

• •Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• •Posting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• •Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• •Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
• •Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
• •Violating intellectual property rights

6. Premium

Premium is a paid subscription sold through Apple's App Store for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

One subscription on an Apple ID covers one Riseonly account. For another account on the same Apple ID, Premium can be bought once for a chosen period, without renewal.

You can also give Premium to another person. A gift is paid once and does not renew. If the person already has Premium, the gift time is added on top of it.

Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Deleting your Riseonly account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.

7. Sparks

Sparks are the in-app currency of Riseonly. You buy them in packs through the App Store and can use them to support authors of posts and messages, to send gifts and to buy items for your profile.

Sparks have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, paid out or sold, and they can be used only inside Riseonly. There are limits on how many Sparks you can send at a time and per day.

Sparks that other people send you, and Sparks your channels receive, are shown as received. The Withdraw button in My Sparks moves them to your own balance so you can spend them in the app. It does not pay out money.

Refunds for Sparks are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a purchase, we take back the Sparks from it. If you have already spent them, your balance can go below zero, and spending is paused until it is positive again.

When your account is deleted, any Sparks left on it are lost.

8. Gifts and Items

With Sparks you can send gifts to other people and buy items for your profile, such as avatar frames, banners and profile effects.

Many gifts and items get a random look once, at the moment of purchase, for example the model, the background or the pattern. Before you buy, the item's page shows every possible look with its chance. The chances are the same for everyone, and the price does not depend on what you get. Each item you own shows how rare its exact combination is.

Gifts and items cannot be sold, passed to another account or exchanged for Sparks or money. They are deleted together with your account.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
