How this page works
Every component is checked twice a minute from inside our cluster: whether its servers are ready, whether the services it depends on answer, and what share of requests fails on our side.
A component is degraded when part of it is down or more than one request in ten fails, and in an outage when nothing answers or three requests in ten fail. A refused request, such as a wrong code, is not a failure.
Uptime counts degraded time as served. Scheduled maintenance and time we could not observe are left out of it.
