Delete your RiseOnly account
You can delete your account yourself in the app. It takes a minute and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open RiseOnly and go to the More tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete account.
Settings also open from your profile, with the button in the top right corner.
What happens next
- The account is deleted within a few minutes, and you are signed out.
- Your profile, phone number, posts, stories, likes, synced contacts, Maps data, Sparks and items are deleted. Your @username becomes free.
- Messages you sent in chats and your comments stay visible to other people and are shown as from a deleted account.
- Backup copies of your data are gone within 30 days.
- Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription bought through the App Store. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings so that Apple stops charging you.
Can't open the app?
Write to us and include the phone number or the @username of the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and then we delete it.
